The second day of BJP National Executive IT Cell had been graced by Hon. Nitin Gadkariji, Hon. P Muralidhar Raoji and Hon. Ramlalji. They all stressed on the fact that we can’t dream of progressive India without ensuring growth of IT sector. To become a power of twenty first century India has to focus on Information Technology. The power sector in our country needs drastic reforms. We are a country with potential and technology to produce green fuel yet UPA government failed to create conducive environment for growth.
Nitin ji said, “India is a rich country with poor population.”
To make a point in case he said that we have a power situation which is not allowing to grow fast enough. In our country we are forced to import coal while our mines are not used because of lack of decision making and ensuing litigation. Nitin ji compared the double digit growth of BJP governed states with national GDP. He explained how gareebi hatao is only possible when incentives are given on the basis of jobs created by entrepreneurs. He emphasized that politics is a tool of socio economic change.
We were fortunate to see Hon. Muralidhar Rao ji, who took the momentum created by Nitin ji forward. Explaining the importance of the IT sector he said that India has been an exporter of traditional products or minerals, IT is only exception to this rule. He also mentioned how each UPA government has witnessed decline in the growth of the IT sector. Pointing towards UPA’s lack of strategic thinking in sending work to China. He said, “UPA government exported jobs to China”.
In the conclusive note Hon Ramlal ji focussed on the need for adding more people to IT cell, as professionals would give impetus to growth of party in 21st century. He said BJP IT cell works efficiently in small budget in comparison to Congress which spends heavily.
Hon. Ramlal ji said, “Congress gareebo ki baat karti hai, BJP gareebo ke liye kaam karti hia”. (“Congress does lip service to the poor whearas BJP serves them”).
I can write a dozen of similar blogs explaining what all we received from up and down streams. With a note of confidence in the ability of our national and state teams I conclude this post.
